Office Policies
We appreciate that you’ve chosen us for your massage and bodywork needs. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are applicable.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or schedule changes. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, will be charged 50% of the service price. The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

We understand that emergencies and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever, known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellation. We will do our best to give advance notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to inclement weather, and we ask that you do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellations that are due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not incur a cancellation fee. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrival Policy
We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you contact us if this occurs. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments that follow yours. Full service fees are charged when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist, and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Any sexual insinuation, gesture, conversation, or request will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. We may also file a report with the local authorities. We ask that you treat your therapist with respect and dignity, and you will be treated the same in return.

Financial Responsibility
Payment is due at the time of service.  Insurance is not accepted and superbills are not provided.
